Shipping Policy
Production and delivery time
All My Real North shirts are printed on demand by our production partner Printful, one at a time. This means that each shirt is made specifically for your order after you place it — giving you better quality but also a short production time before the package is shipped.
Normal delivery time is 5–10 business days from order to delivery. Delivery time may vary depending on destination and possible high order volume.
Shipping cost
The shipping cost is calculated based on the order value and your delivery address, and is always clearly displayed at checkout before you complete the purchase.
Free shipping applies to orders over 800 SEK to most destinations.
To certain destinations with higher shipping costs, a higher limit for free shipping applies.
Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information, so you can follow the package all the way to your door.
International shipping
We ship globally, to all countries where our production partner Printful can deliver. In exceptional cases, individual countries or regions may be temporarily excluded due to restrictions at Printful or shipping companies — this will be clearly displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase. Any customs duties or import taxes outside the EU are the responsibility of the recipient, unless otherwise stated at checkout.
Wrong delivery address
It is your responsibility to provide a correct delivery address when ordering. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, a new shipping cost may be incurred for re-delivery.
Damaged or lost package
If your package arrives damaged, or does not arrive at all, please contact us at info@myrealnorth.com with your order number and we will assist you with a replacement or new delivery.
