Refund Policy
Right of withdrawal (14 days)
You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the item, without giving any reason. This applies under the Swedish Distance Contracts Act.
How to withdraw from your purchase:

Get in touch at info@myrealnorth.com within 14 days and say that you wish to withdraw from the purchase. Include your order number. You may also use the standard withdrawal form, available on the Swedish Consumer Agency’s website.

Return the item within 14 days of notifying that you are withdrawing, preferably in its original packaging.

You pay the return shipping yourself.
Refund
The purchase price is refunded within 14 days of your notice of withdrawal. However, payment is made only once the item has been received back or you have shown that it has been sent back. The refund is made to the same payment method you used for the purchase.
Compensation for reduced value is deducted from your refund, or invoiced to you if the refund has already been made.
Faulty or damaged goods (complaint)
If your item is faulty, damaged or does not match what you ordered, you have the right to make a complaint under the Swedish Consumer Sales Act, normally within three years of purchase.
Get in touch as soon as possible, ideally within 30 days of receiving the item, so the matter can be resolved faster. Send a photo of the fault and your order number to info@myrealnorth.com. You pay no return shipping in these cases, and it is resolved through a replacement or refund.
Size Exchanges
Direct size exchanges aren’t possible, since each product is printed specifically for your order. If you ordered the wrong size, use your right of withdrawal instead (see Right of withdrawal above) and place a new order in the correct size.
Exceptions

The right of withdrawal only applies if you give notice of your withdrawal within 14 days of receiving the item.

You pay the return shipping yourself.

You may examine the item as you would in a shop. If the item has been worn, washed or otherwise handled more than necessary to examine it, you are liable to compensate for the reduction in value. The compensation may be significant.

Any additional shipping cost you chose beyond standard delivery is not refunded.
