Remembering who you are
My Real North is about remembering who we are in the soul. It is the body that lives in the soul, not the other way around. Still, now and then we need to turn inward to hear the soul’s voice, where it speaks through the heart. Life itself is the way of remembering. Every encounter, every detour and every moment when something suddenly feels right leads us exactly where we need to be to see ourselves.
An expression that is yours
I wanted to give this a form. Something simple and clear that can be shared, worn and kept close, and that still leaves room for what matters most: that it is yours. We all carry our own compass, and no one else’s points in exactly the same direction as yours.
That is why the motif is called Signature. It is the north star of My Real North, but the name is about you and the mark that is yours alone.
The star that whispers
The north star stands for what speaks quietly from within. We call it intuition, gut feeling or the inner voice. I see it as a higher consciousness that moves freely, beyond the limits our thoughts draw. It rarely raises its voice. It doesn’t need to.
The star took the shape of a compass with four directions. At its centre is a spark: the eagerness, the passion, what lights up when something is true for you. That spark follows no map. It can take you in directions you never planned, and still it turns out to be exactly right. Do you recognise it? The pull toward something you can’t explain, only follow?
The sphere that holds it
Around the star is a sphere. It shows that all of this already lives in you. The sphere is open, and that is on purpose. The spark is never still. It is in constant contact with the universe and with your source codes, in a flow that moves both ways, inward and out into the infinite.
Your own code
Signature is your unique DNA code, carried in an inner north star. The symbol holds the frequency of origin and direction at once: where you come from and where you are drawn, in one and the same form.
A memory, not a tool
Signature doesn’t "do the work" for anyone. It carries Remembrance. It awakens the memory of who you are and everything you hold. The rest is yours.
The light that is carried by the dark
The north star is there as the light in our darkness. The reverse is just as true: the darkness carries it, and without it the star could not be seen. Every star in the sky needs the night to appear. What shines in you becomes visible right where it is darkest, and it has been there all along.
